I will post it below.
Inner monkey
He runs past
A blurred shadow
He vaults over the barrier
Effortlessly
The ground is unimportant
To him
He is fearless
The distance he has to fall is trivial
He is a cat, landing with precision
He is a dog, bounding by
The ground thunders under his feet
His heart is a drum
Pumping life into his limbs
He leaps from the ground
A lion pouncing
He clings to the top of the wall
A fugitive, fleeing nothing
But attaining…
Inner
Power
He slips over the top of the wall
A snake
And he flings himself over the edge
He seems to fall in slow motion
He is flying
To the earth
The earth, sprinting toward him
A bull
Charging.
He lands, and rolls
He is liquid,
Flowing
Rolling away from a danger
He has conquered gravity
And it is a part of him
An extension of his body
A force that he controls
With his iron will
The earth sighs,
Disappointed
He is a traceur
Releasing his inner monkey
Running past
Nothing but a blurred shadow.

this means, you can post this poem to your website, as long as you link back here. You can't 'remix' it, you can't sell or make money from it. It lets me put it out there, and know that you can't rip me off.
